Worked perfectly and prevented me from starting to go insane. This problem has plagued me for years - what is it with Intel and its denial of 1440x900 monitors? They even have a special graphics driver on their website to support this resolution amongst other widescreen formats and even this didn't work for me - well, not until I modded the INF file at least. In the past I've have to resort to a blurry 1280x1024 or Powerstrip although this seems to have issues when controlling my Servers through RDC. Thanks James - You're a star! You genius! Very useful, but maybe worth trying to update the driver from within the system/device manager fist. This worked for me.
